Who We Serve…

People in our community:  Needs are quickly assessed and case workers/case managers do an excellent job at helping establish prenatal care and pediatrician care. They provide contacts, and give emotional support at a time in when women might feel overwhelmed. They continue to give this attention even after the birth of the pregnant mom’s child.
